Nerf Accustrike Talon Tactical Features

The Talon is a simple Nerf gun with simple features and although it may be on the smaller side, the space is used very wisely. Its a single shot Nerf gun that uses a pull handle primer as a priming mechanism and the compact design makes it a primary choice as a backup.

There are no tactical rails or sling points, however, the gun will hold an extra two rounds of ammo. There is a storage slot on the top of the Nerf gun and on the grip guard.

There are two main features that give this Nerf gun an above average reload speed. The first is the front load design which allows darts to be loaded directly into the barrel and the other is the onboard ammo storage. It’s the combination of the two that will help shave off a few seconds. Furthermore, it’s important to note the 3 shot limit that must be account for to ensure there’s a backup plan when you run dry.

How to Operate The Nerf Accustrike Talon

Pull handle priming mechanisms are among the easiest of the primers to use. To operate this Nerf gun, pull down on the handle located on the bottom of the grip until it locks. The Talon is now ready to fire, pull the trigger to fire a single round.

Ammo & Capacity

Accustrike Mega Nerf Darts: Primary Ammo Choice

The Talon does fall into the Mega series which does require a larger sized ammunition and is not compatible with normal AccuStrike or N-Strike Nerf darts. However, it will shoot standard Mega Nerf darts which are slightly different than the AccuStrike.
