Zombie Strike Series Overview: Apocalyptic Blasters

Nerf Zombie Strike is a series that’s themed after…you guessed it, the zombie apocalypse. Each blaster has it’s own unique design. Some look as though they where thrown together in an abandon garage, while others resemble modern guns that have been altered to suit the needs of the modern day peace bringer.

This is absolutely one of my favorite families and has been for a long time. I’ve always been a fan of the zombie genre and found it refreshing to take a break from battling orcs on the daily. The guns are well designed and rich with details that make them a believable weapon someone would use. So when this whole thing unwinds and the apocalypse is under way. This is the place you’ll want to be.

The pie chart will give you a rundown as to what types of features you will find across the entire series. My only complaint is that there are no full automatics to be had. It would be nice to see at least one represented and to a series that’s very much alive and well, lets hope the future is a bright one.

What Type of Nerf Darts Does Zombie Strike Blasters Shoot?

All Zombie Strike Nerf guns are compatible with and come packaged with Elite style Nerf darts. This will include magazines and drums as well. The darts are branded with the Zombie Strike logo and have a neon green color scheme.

Elite Darts were originally marketed for their increased accuracy and range, however, they’re also pretty durable and should hold up well under normal play.
